Our Japan Cycling Tour is designed for cyclists who enjoy spending several hours on the bike while appreciating the journey as much as the destination.
Most riding days range between 60 and 100 kilometres and include a mixture of rolling terrain and longer climbs. Riders should feel comfortable cycling for approximately four to six hours at a steady, conversational pace.
The emphasis is not on racing or speed. Instead, we encourage guests to ride within their own comfort zone while enjoying the scenery, culture and camaraderie that make the journey so memorable.
Our fully supported vehicle is always nearby, providing assistance whenever required, while experienced ride leaders ensure everyone feels welcome, supported and encouraged throughout the tour.
A moderate-good level of fitness, together with some regular cycling in the months leading up to the tour, is all that's required to fully enjoy the experience.
